Revival is a time of spiritual awakening and renewal in the church. It is a time when believers are called to repent, seek God, and turn back to Him with all their hearts. The Bible is filled with Scriptures that can help prepare our hearts for revival. Let’s dive into some of these powerful verses to help us prepare for revival.

## Scriptures To Prepare For Revival

1. 2 Chronicles 7:14 – “If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”
2. Joel 2:12-13 – “Even now,” declares the Lord, “return to me with all your heart, with fasting and weeping and mourning.”
3. James 4:8 – “Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.”
4. Psalm 51:10 – “Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.”
5. Isaiah 57:15 – “For this is what the high and exalted One says— he who lives forever, whose name is holy: ‘I live in a high and holy place, but also with the one who is contrite and lowly in spirit, to revive the spirit of the lowly and to revive the heart of the contrite.'”

Revival starts with a humble heart that seeks after God. As we meditate on these Scriptures and allow them to penetrate our hearts, may we be prepared for the revival that God desires to bring in our midst. Let us turn from our sinful ways, seek His face, and prepare our hearts for the movement of His Spirit. May we be ready and willing vessels for revival to come.
